Carrie Pelletier, RN and Judith Redwine, RN LCSW share the management role of Resident Service Manager for Thornton Hall Assisted Living.

Both Carrie and Judith have a wealth of experience in Nursing, Long Term Care, Social Work and caring for elders to their new role.

Carrie graduated from St. Joseph's College in 1995 with a BSN in Nursing. She has been a part of the Mid Coast Family for the past 13 years. Her experience includes working as a staff nurse on the Medical-Surgical unit. Carrie has held the Clinical Coordinator position of both The Garden Memory Impaired unit and Thornton Hall Assisted Living. Most recently Carrie has worked in the Clinical Coordinator position on the Bodwell Skilled Nursing unit.

Judith graduated from Peter Bent Brigham and BostonUniversity with a degree in nursing. She is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, graduating from the University of Maine and Maine Medical Center and received her Masters in Social Work and LCSW. Judith has held management positions in Obstetrics, Mental Health, Pediatrics and Elder Care Services.
